What service do you offer?

We provide financing and insurance solutions for both individuals and businesses.

How do I apply for financing?

Visit your nearest branch or contact our Customer Care Centre on 069 119 5046. Please remember to bring your:

  • Original ID document
  • Three months’ bank statements
  • Latest payslip

How long does it take to receive a loan after approval?

Within 24 hours.

When will I be eligible for an increase in my loan amount?

Zwane Financial Services has a policy requiring all new clients to take at least three one-month loans, based on their affordability and credit report. After completing these three loans, we begin to consider increasing the loan amount and terms.

Does your financing require upfront payments?

We will never ask for an upfront fee. That is illegal. Please contact us should you be required to pay an upfront fee by any of our consultants.

Can I use my SRD SASSA grant to apply for financing?

No.

Which bank accounts do you accept?

All major bank accounts, except Discovery.
Tymebank applications are processed in branch.

Do you conduct credit checks?

Yes

Will I qualify even if I have debt review on my credit reports?

Since everyone's financial situation is different, we recommend visiting your nearest branch or contact our WhatsApp client line for an assessment of your affordability and credit report.
